Am-MetricSeal™
mechanical shaft seals are specifically designed to be an exact dimensional
replacement for EMU, Flygt, Godwin and Power Prime submersible,
sewage and water pumps fabricated with standard metric measurements.
These units are used in the wastewater and mining industries. Each seal
is precisely designed and manufactured to fit into the original equipment
manufacturer's seal area without making modifications to the pump
housing or shaft.
Various seal materials are available for each shaft seal assembly. Some
of the more common materials are: silicon
carbide, tungsten carbide, ceramic, carbon graphite, stainless steel,
brass, and high performance plastics. Am-MetricSeal™
can provide other seal materials to meet your specific needs. We would be
